VANGUARD OF THE DAY

An email newsletter arrived from Elon Musk's "Future of Life Institute" (USA) with a message that the open letter they initiated, calling for careful consideration of artificial superintelligence (AGI), has gathered over 65,000 signatures from around the world.

In fact, I see it's already over 68,000 (you can sign the letter here = https://superintelligence-statement.org/ ) and that's good, because the people of Earth now have a serious reason to discuss this sensitive topic not only behind closed doors but also publicly. This, by the way, is quite noticeable in world news - the topic of AI is increasingly entering the agendas of various countries, regardless of their geographical location or ideological content.

For example, at the recent APEC summit, Chinese leader Xi Jinping reiterated his previously stated idea about creating a World AI Organization, which would develop rules for governing AI and stimulating cooperation with it and through it (https://www.dw.com/.../sammit-ates-kitaj.../a-74581691 ). Those very conditional "new laws of robotics of a new Isaac Asimov," which are becoming increasingly relevant as humans and AI develop.

Furthermore, I saw that the responsible persons at the "Future of Life Institute" correctly wrote the name of our institution: in the general list of signatures from around the world, there is now not only the short name INBRASA but also the full name of our acronym - "Institute of Strategic Branding 'Alpha'".

This is wonderful and correct!
