After a short pause, we continue... and move to the second level of testing our "Alpha-Inventor" format (one of the strategic branding tools).

The cross-cutting theme of this level is ENERGY SECURITY.

At this level, as people who want to develop themselves comprehensively and show others, you can offer all variants of conceptual solutions that you consider necessary and in principle possible on planet Earth Well, maybe even in the Universe...

In this round, we will again go through all the qualities of a sociocrat in the form of intangible elements of your constructive solutions (adding intangible elements to material things expands the argumentation of your chosen solution and actualizes you for the future). We will again start from the problems of the Republic of Moldova. We again take the INBRASA development matrix as the basis for thoughts and proposals...

So, the TASK:

Using experience, observation, imagination, and creativity, present a CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTION (concept) that starts from the professional areas of activity of the "Alpha-Inventor" participants, solves some problem of Moldova within the framework of the INBRASA development matrix, and contains the intangible quality of a sociocrat "creation".

PLAN for the team:

organize into a team, determine communication and frequency of meetings within the team (team = one or more people);
conduct a brainstorm, identifying the problems of the RM and options for their solutions (from fantastic to applied);
choose 1 option for elaboration;
keep a diary (from the moment of receiving the task to the day of the presentation, to see the evolution of thoughts and actions of the participants);
collect the team's diaries into a video clip, show it during the presentation;
make a layout of your constructive solution (in any form, even sculpt it from plasticine);
during the presentation, indicate the intersection of your solution with the INBRASA development matrix, argue;

Alpha-Inventor, level 2, meeting 1, summary

12.10.2025, meeting No. 1 (level 2, cross-cutting theme of the level = energy security of the RM), testing of the "Alpha-Inventor" format, summary.

Being creative in our country today is akin to a feat, but it is creation, designated by us as an intangible element in the condition of the task, that is a beacon of development and alignment of the state of affairs. In any field of activity.

Meeting No. 1 turned out to be more of a brainstorm than a presentation of results, but that was also good. We started from the given point "city" and estimated the feasibility in Moldovan realities of such energy generation options as:

creation of special building materials (chemists and physicists are needed here) capable of working with sunlight and heat in conditions of climate change to a hotter one;
photovoltaics covering the entire spectrum of sunlight (visible and infrared with ultraviolet);
the principle of a magnetic cushion for working with the wind;
different types of mini-power plants capable of providing electricity to individual houses and areas and assembled here locally...

We also touched upon the issue of the aesthetics of such objects in the urban landscape (we learned the story of 2012 about the idea of making a mini-power plant in the form of a Ferris wheel, born to a Tajik prisoner who appealed to President Rahmon with such a proposal in exchange for release and work on this project. The young man wanted to contribute to the energy security of his country)..

We came to the conclusion that along with the considered options - these and not only - in the Republic of Moldova at the Technical University together with the Academy of Sciences of the RM (what is left of it) it is necessary to create a Faculty of Nuclear Energy.

This is a necessity dictated by time!

Selection for the faculty should be the most careful, of course (we remember Chernobyl and Fukushima).

After 5 years of study, the first specialists in this profession will appear, who will be able to work at several compact nuclear power plants, which by that time will need to be built in the RM.

Alpha-Inventor, level 2, meeting 2, summary and announcement of a new meeting

02.11.2025, meeting No. 2 (level 2, cross-cutting theme of the level = energy security of the RM), testing of the "Alpha-Inventor" format, summary.

It must be said that this meeting began with pleasantries.

First, Victor Balaban, an engineer, chemist, and physicist rolled into one, joined us. And an inventor, of course. He showed his project of a full controlled internal combustion furnace (concept), organically joined the team.

Secondly, before the specialized conversation of two engineers, there was an analysis of the situation in the country (to train the brain, this exercise must be done repeatedly, going from general to specific), in which Sergey Tinkovan, a teacher at the Technical University and also an inventor, showed his view on the clusters of regional development voiced by Elena Radu, head of INBRASA, in her recent interview about the Reboot of the Republic of Moldova (https://noi.md/.../elena-radu-ot-tupika-k-prostranstvu... )

And it is wonderful that, in addition to personal communication with the author and leader, there is a thoughtful reading of the material and the active work of thought that follows them! We will be glad to hear from other people who want to participate!

16.11.2025, meeting No. 3 (level 2, cross-cutting theme of the level = energy security of the RM), testing of the "Alpha-Inventor" format, summary.

The intangible element FREEDOM in the task and the theme of today's task itself "TRANSITION OF LOW VOLTAGE NETWORKS TO DIRECT CURRENT" turned out to be organic. Firstly, the participants were not constrained by anything in their view of the energy system of the RM. Secondly, we analyzed the pros and cons of changing the energy paradigm. The pros were obvious.

It turned out that the whole world dreams of switching to direct current in the network, but no one does it, because everyone is waiting for the first step from others. This applies to businesses and government agencies not only in our country. Do we live on a planet of closing ranks?.. It is very strange that such a question, lying on the surface, has remained unresolved so far.

It also turned out that there are no elementary action protocols, even hypothetical ones.

And it also turned out that it is precisely such a transition - from alternating current to direct current - that creates the very sought-after energy and security market that everyone dreams of. Not just a set of elements put together, but a market!

During the discussion, it was also said that the complete absorption by the networks of energy generated by "green" generators is a kindergarten in current realities, since this step is effective only at the initial stage of forming the concept of energy security of the country, but for the future (very close) a more complexly organized smart network is needed, which is built not only multicomponent and regulatory, but also decentralized.

We remembered the recent blackout in Spain, whose network could not "digest" the energy of solar panels and... disconnected the whole country.

We considered options for energy chains... And we thought that if someone in our country - engineers and business - could join us in this matter, we would be glad. We welcome any proposal on protocols and standards, we will discuss it together.

In addition, we would like to try to implement an experimental model with direct current within the framework of some Moldovan enterprise. If there are proposals, courage and desire to move forward, we are ready to listen to everyone and discuss.

Our techies (Sergey Tinkovan, a teacher at the Technical University of RM, and Victor Balaban, an engineer and physicist/chemist) say that a change in the energy paradigm in the Republic of Moldova will lead to lower electricity prices.

Which means... since everything in our economy is "tied" to energy, the final product will also become cheaper and, therefore, more competitive.

And that's good, right?

In general, today turned out to be productive and positive. And this pleased everyone) And you, we suppose, too...

TASK for meeting No. 4 (level 2, testing the "Alpha-Inventor" format).

Since we are in a testing format, transformations do not bypass us. Especially those that we generate ourselves...

Therefore, for the next meeting, we slightly change the optics and suggest thinking, finding and offering CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS FOR THE CLUSTER REGION OF DEVELOPMENT "SOUTH". The intangible element of the solution is ASPIRATION.

During the meeting, we will estimate where the border of the cluster development region "South" will pass on the map of Moldova. Let's look at the strengths and weaknesses of the region. Who can be there within the framework of the INBRASA development matrix. Who can appear. How connections with other cluster regions can be created... Etc.

Alpha-Inventor, level 2, meeting 4, summary and announcement of a new meeting

...and a new task!

A pleasant addition to our regiment - Denis Tkachenko, a graduate of Tyumen University, an electrical engineer, a bright head and a specialist in process automation, joined us. And we are very glad that his arrival to us happened synchronously with the intangible element "aspiration" stated in the task. Alpha-rapid forces are working!

To get into the topic, Denis and I talked a little about the advantages of alternating and direct currents in networks and... came to a joint conclusion that the presence of alternating current is justified for our networks, and direct current can arise directly before "entering the house" - for lighting the houses of household consumers (light generated from direct current is more economical for the wallet and more useful for human eyes). And it is at this point in the energy chain that power engineers and other interested parties can focus their attention and look for practical solutions.

Then the whole team of participants "divided Moldova" into cluster development regions based on economic feasibility - we went not only through the south, but throughout the country. So far, these are our initial reflections of techies and humanitarians, the geographical boundaries of the cluster regions are still very conditional, but the beginning for the work of thought has been laid.

Since everything in our country works for Chisinau, this creates an imbalance - the capital has turned into a vacuum cleaner, emasculating the republic. And we thought that for harmonization it is necessary to go from the opposite - to loosen the grip of Chisinau and fill the regions. Therefore, territorially for the cluster development region "CENTER" we left a small space - directly the municipality of Chisinau, as well as Straseni and Ialoveni.

The rest of the lands were divided among other regions. Edinet, Balti and Floresti became our conditional cluster development region "NORTH". Ungheni, Nisporeni and Hincesti - cluster development region "WEST". Cimislia, Comrat, Cahul, Taraclia - cluster development region "SOUTH". Orhei, Causeni and the Transnistrian region (PMR) - cluster development region "EAST".

This division is slightly different from the picture that we initially imagined for ourselves, but so far we take it as a starting point.

Having decided on the boundaries of the cluster regions, we began to analyze the narrow and strong points of the SOUTH. It turned out that there are a lot of bottlenecks not only there, but in principle throughout our country, and in their sum they add up to a crooked mirror of the economy. And here we again came to the conclusion that the economy of Moldova is subject to a radical rethinking...

Of course, when thinking about the economy, it is impossible to bypass energy - since everything converges on it. Energy continues to be the weak link of Moldova.

In general, for the next meeting we leave the current task in force - to find and offer CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS FOR THE CLUSTER REGION OF DEVELOPMENT "SOUTH". The intangible element of the solution is ASPIRATION.

We propose to consider the region as a stamp of the INBRASA development matrix (see diagram). Think and offer specific solutions for the region, argue the connection of your solutions with the entire development matrix and other cluster regions of the republic. And justify how your proposed solution will work for the general task set by our institute - FORMATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA AS A SPACE OF ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT.

In general, today's meeting was fruitful - with immersion in the country and analysis and, as a result, with the gradual activation of the non-standard thinking of the participants.

and a new task! (think about it carefully).

The eve of the New Year holidays is already felt, we gathered in the core composition (techie and humanitarian) of the format we are testing... and, not going far from tangerines, cookies and mugs of strong tea (they are not in the photo)... in a free conversation we once again talked about the cluster development region "SOUTH" (Cimislia, Comrat, Cahul, Taraclia). We noted the pros of the orientation of this region to different parts of the world (this is good, gives a greater horizon of review, variability and stability), once again came to the conclusion that in the SOUTH it is possible to make a laboratory for the implementation of semantic, economic and engineering solutions (a laboratory can be made in any region of the Republic of Moldova, but in the south there is already an advantage due to the presence of ATU Gagauzia there).

Then we remembered the initial computer era of modern Moldovan bottling (Moldavia was the locomotive of engineering thought in the USSR)... the "Schetmash" plant, the unfinished Computer Plant, which, nevertheless, managed to assemble the first Moldovan computer (information about it is in the Museum of Computer Technology on Academiei street in Chisinau)... after which in the bins of the office we dug up a real keyboard for blondes. And sighed how shallowly, but brightly over the years, technology and thought have transformed...

After that, we decided on the next region for which all participants need to come up with CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS that fit into the INBRASA development matrix and the goal - the formation of Moldova as a space of advanced development.

TASK:

As the next region under consideration, we chose the CLUSTER REGION OF DEVELOPMENT "EAST" (Orhei, Causeni and the Transnistrian region (PMR)).

Analyze the situation there, compare today with the past and offer solutions for building the future.

The intangible element that must be contained in your proposed solution = ABILITY TO KEEP ONE'S WORD.

You can offer anything that fits into the development matrix (see photo), but it would be preferable to hear options on the cross-cutting theme of the level = energy security.
