Part 3. SOCIOCRACY. DEVELOPMENT
Chapter 1. The Beginning
Try not to resist the changes that come into your life.
Instead, let life live through you.
And do not worry that it is turning upside down.
How do you know that the life you are used to is better than the one that will come?

More than a year has passed since the writing of the previous chapter, during this time in our related space not one but three wars have already happened (Russia-Ukraine, Azerbaijan-Armenia, Israel-Gaza Strip), the number has increased and the nature of natural cataclysms has changed (earthquakes, climate shifts, solar flares that cause auroras in latitudes uncharacteristic of them), the resonance from the change of paradigms is growing, and I keep putting the pen aside and not writing about... development.
Why? Why do I stop myself, seeing the total uncertainty and complexity of everything around? Development is very needed for my Moldova, and I still think that it is not yet time.
Although for a start, everything is there.
Over several years, managers from power have turned a poor country into a destitute one. Healthcare, education, labor, and social protection systems are collapsing. The quality of state governance in general is declining, personnel are not being trained, and ready ones are not taking positions at any level. Demographics are declining. Indebtedness to external financial institutions is growing (the level of public debt has grown more than reasonably) and the incomes of banks within the Republic of Moldova are growing. The Minister of Economy at the beginning of his mandate did not know what the economy was and defined it as a philosophical concept... and, it seems, has still not corrected his understanding.
The level of critical thinking, respect for oneself and others, and humanity is falling. Anger, nervousness, insolence, separation, impunity, and rudeness are growing. The country's president considers it normal to take money from businessmen and, knowing that the law prohibits a Moldovan official from taking any funds in any capacity (this is regarded as corruption and a bribe), requests a paper from the Anti-Corruption Center, hoping that there too they will read the law backwards.
Is it possible in such a catastrophic state of affairs not only to talk but also to do anything for the development of our country?
The paradox is that all these negative conditions are precisely favorable for evolution. Because in comfort, a person with development potential grows fat and does not advance intellectually, and in the process of resisting circumstances, they grow internally, revealing themselves as a person, producing outwardly results of a positive nature. They become valuable for the forming future. They become a generator of meanings.
It's harsh, of course, and I myself do not like such extreme pressure for manifesting people's value, but how else to understand who is who and find in them abilities for actual growth?..
And here is the dilemma - on one scale is the disheveled reality, on the other – the understanding that this given is useful and a movement forward. So what is the restraining factor?
The stage of transition of society's consciousness from "I" to "We". From fragmentation to community. From the idea of one to the meaning for many. The stage of empathy, unity, and responsibility.
This is a very difficult stage when you learn to trust. To understand correctly. To support. To think as a team. To be yourself. To be a leader. To develop intuition, foresight, and courage. To learn simultaneously to be both a teacher and a student. And to be soft.
Do not smile, kindness and softness are very important to be strong. To be, not to seem. If you have these qualities, do not be shy about them. If they are still sleeping, wake them up. So that everything around you wakes up...
Moldova is still sleeping. A distrustful, nervous sleep...
Today there is little trust in it in principle. Officials in governing bodies do not trust citizens. Politicians do not consult, and therefore, do not trust, with the people who elected them. The people do not trust the elected politicians and appointed officials. Managers in power do not trust, rejecting with actions, their opposition. And among themselves there is no trust either. The opposition does not trust itself, not having the spirit, mind, and strength to unite. The country's partners do not trust anyone – neither those at the helm of state governance, nor those who aspire to it, nor the people, who might accidentally break their game. The country's friends do not trust Moldova because there is complete chaos and unreliability in it. Enemies rejoice in chaos and regression, but they are also vigilant, not trusting their eyes and intelligence. Buyers do not trust domestic producers. Businesses do not trust their customers, not investing much in the native country and the quality and assortment for the internal market. Entire segments are missing in the economy. Doctors do not trust patients, making them even more ill. Patients do not trust doctors because they believe they are overly commercialized and simply want to overtreat them, emptying their pockets and souls along the way... The list can go on until morning.
And this is the problem. That morning will soon come, and the person is not ready for it. They have, of course, ambitions and a counter-list, consisting of competencies, efficiency, chat GPT, and a certain set of read books, but in fact... they have little if they do not have the main thing. Understanding, aspiration, and trust in themselves, in others, in their own country, and in life in general.
And an even bigger problem of managerial and oppositional Moldova is that there is no real project of state development in it. A holistic structured action plan, calculated not for a short electoral period, but for 25, 50, and more years of progressive qualitative development of the country and its person. There is no vision of the future, turned inward of the Republic of Moldova. There is no understanding of what is relevant and what is a bubble. What is informative and what is not. What is unique for us and what is merely replication of the outdated and imitation of activity.
We love imitations. We love to hold on to the past. To phantom pains. We multiply them through communication channels, trying in the old way to enter the new water in the river. In vain. This only destroys everyone who tries to hold on to what has gone.
We erase into nothingness the concepts of "Moldovan citizen", "Moldovan as a citizen", "equal citizens of a single multinational state". And this is also destructive for those who started all this.
Because from Nothing appeared Everything. And Everything became Light, from which Life was born. The life of our Moldova in the Cartesian coordinate system, the axes of which are the uncertainty of the world, its complexity, and diversity.
The uncertainty of the world around us we see daily.
We feel its complexity personally.
Diversity... It is now being built in the form of a multipolar space of the sum of unique states.
At this point, development will occur.
For both Moldova and other countries.
Why?
Because this chapter is already written. And from this moment, actual growth will begin. A new wave of sociocracy. Especially since not only nature and the created conditions suggest it, but world politics is conducive to it. 2024 is the year of elections on our planet. We must choose correctly...
The Person.
The Society.
The Country.
p.s.
I consider the Republic of Moldova a condensation of projections of other countries. A quiet until now window of the storm, in which the deformation of normality has manifested and become unrest. And if it has become restless here, an active phase will manifest in your agenda too.
I do not want chaos to multiply. I want the formation of order from it.
And therefore, I offer you the reverse – after reading about my country, make a projection from the description onto your states. Everything is interconnected in our world. And tell me where the pictures coincided.
They will clearly coincide at the same points.
And if you see this correctly, it means you have just taken a step into the future.
And I welcome you to it.
To be continued...
