Supplement to the article "The Paradigm of the New Era – Sociocracy" and the texts "Pandemic – Reality Test" and "Waves of the New Paradigm"
What is a human being? They are not clay, not stone, not wind, and not water. And they are all of this together. A person must be kneaded, strengthened, given variability and the freedom to be themselves. For what? So that, having stepped out of their comfort zone and developed, they understand that they are a part of everything around them, they are creation and love, a co-worker of God and life itself.
That they are life and all of the above, a person in their majority understands so far only in a simple form, in the form of consumption. But that is not interesting. Interesting is awareness, development, and cooperation. And that is why we see the transformation of the familiar structures until now, a large multi-level process of restructuring everything, witnesses and direct participants of which we are, changing too.
First, we experienced the first level of sociocracy's waves – when a person had to be "kneaded". A large period from 2011 to 2020, when the kneading of a person went horizontally. The "Occupy Wall Street" movement from the USA reached the whole planet up to South Korea, then the reverse movement of migration flows from Asia with the capture of North Africa into Europe, then the restriction of Europeans' openness to influx from outside. A large 9-year period, after which a person was given a planetary lockdown to think and realize what is what and how to be further…
The person did not realize, and the waves of the second level came – when they needed to be "strengthened". After the horizontal "shaking," the "vertical stage" began — the stage of shaking the foundations and values. The starting point of this level also turned out to be the United States – this time in the form of breaking the concept of racial and, accordingly, social division.
The first wave of the second level – the BLM movement, which launched the process of a deep revision of the past around the world.
The second wave of the second level – the Russia-Ukraine war and all who stand behind them, the pretext for which was the revision of the past, and which launched the process not intuitive, but conscious fragmentation of the world into nation-states and a new configuration of the world order.
The third wave of the second level – the election of Donald Trump as President of the USA and the effects that, according to the domino principle, will happen everywhere. His official inauguration is scheduled for January 20, 2025, in two months, but the claim for total changes not only in his country in connection with his coming we see already now.
The trend "towards oneself" will intensify. The trend "towards personality" will intensify. Everything will be built so that at the coming third level of sociocracy's waves, a person gains variability. Namely, through understanding, awareness, cooperation, and love, they come to the multifaceted personality.
So that, having passed this level too, they come to themselves. Become a sociocrat.
This is a large, complicated path. Stepping out of the comfort zone is painful and scary. Going into the unknown is even scarier… But it is necessary. Because such is the evolutionary task of a person – creation, awareness, and development. Because the road will be conquered by the one who walks it. Because in each of us there is not only us but also a particle of God. Who is with us despite everything. And we with Him are also always and everywhere. And everything is one and the same.
