Part 1. SOCIOCRACY. THE GOLDEN RATIO
When you said that everything needs to be cleared from the head and thoughts need to be presented anew, the first thing that came to my mind – everything needs to be cleared to the essential. It's like a constructor, in which you move in reverse: you disassemble a whole figure to the first part, from which everything then begins.
In the case of writing the article "The Paradigm of the New Era – Sociocracy," the reference point in my consciousness was the beginning of the beginnings of everything around – the flash of light from the Big Bang. It was from this marker that the path of my reflections started... well, and, as a result, the idea itself and the description of the new paradigm appeared.
Now, however, the reference point has become different – in my head, in response to the question "What is essential?" a picture of a human's spine appeared. His spine, which for some reason had a slightly metallic sheen. Probably, this color, steely, my consciousness at this time associates with the foundation – principles and values. It is precisely them that are changing on the planet now.
I checked myself for several days, but time and again yes – exactly man and his own foundation are that beginning on which everything converges and which sets the rhythm for itself and further.
This, by the way, is logical because then, a decade ago, there was a description of the base (the essence of the paradigm), and now we already exist in this described essence, and it's time to make decisions that meet the new conditions of life.
So, man. He is now in reflections finally accepted as the unit of calculation that determines everything.
I started thinking about structure, and an interview with mathematician Savvateev came to my attention, where he mentioned it. He also spoke about the big left turn of current times. About the fact that the state should forcibly create intelligent people... and that the need for a new paradigm that would give people guidelines has matured. This was stated so much in my own words of many years that, one might say, on the expanses of the internet, I accidentally met a fellow sociocrat. Well, or not by chance...
Savvateev deals with game theory, a field of science where mathematics intersects with society. In general, for me, he turned out to be a sign that I am at the right intersection of time, reflections, and people's request.
I started thinking about the intersection of mathematics and society, and thought that Leonardo da Vinci's drawing of a man in a circle corresponds to this intersection. It – the perfect picture of a person's existence in the state of the new era, oriented towards human-centeredness.
Then I thought about the Golden Ratio, as a formula for the harmony of everything. Somewhere in one of the texts that flashed on the internet, I read that it was Leonardo who introduced this definition into life...
And then my thought returned to my own definition – to sociocracy*. Its triple nature of the simultaneous existence of elements, where each of them is directed towards man as the basic unit of its attention and application of forces. I thought it would be interesting to see the logic of applying the rule of the Golden Ratio to the definition of sociocracy. Like, will it be confirmed as the simultaneous existence of its three constituent elements?
So, the definition. I assumed that its constituent parts (society, power, and state construction) are a textual designation of the Golden Ratio formula. I translated the text into a drawing (from quantum physics we know that a point is simultaneously both a wave and, therefore, a segment of space) and sequentially analyzed the obtained in relation to the whole, i.e., man.
- Power = 62%, state construction = 38%
In the question of development/influence on a person, it can be seen that when power tools (rules, laws, other levers of power institutions) are diverse, state construction is substantially simpler. But the construction does not take into account the needs of society.
- State construction = 62%, society = 38%
When state construction is too cluttered, society is not very flexible, and power levers as regulators of movement from the form of the state to its essence in the form of a community of people are generally absent.
- Society = 62%, power = 38%
Society possesses great freedom, it is capable of self-organization, it has some rules (for example, basic laws) that it adheres to. But without a formulated state construction in the form of a stabilizer, it is not very stable.
The same can be traced in the opposite direction:
- Society = 62%, state construction = 38%
In a developed society with simple state construction, there are no effective power tools, and therefore, over time, they should appear, otherwise chaos will begin.
- Power = 62%, society = 38%
With extensive power tools, overregulation of society arises, it is less inclined to initiative, and therefore, fewer incentives for self-development. The absence of state construction as a form within which the community of people lives and develops also creates an element of anarchy; society will eventually break up into factions.
- State construction = 62%, power = 38%
State construction is multi-level, branched, at each level its own set of power tools (not very flexible), society is not considered as an important element of the country's viability.
It turns out that no matter how you consider the Golden Ratio formula for the country and the person in it, it invariably suggests the need to take into account all three elements of the definition simultaneously, since they are interconnected with each other and all are aimed at human development. That is, my initial question about the simultaneity of the elements of the definition of sociocracy has found its confirmation.
Moreover, the triplicity of the definition is also confirmed, since it is precisely the simultaneous consideration of all three elements that gives stability both to the form of human existence (the state) and to its essence (the person himself on his path of development).
In what proportion, then, should the elements of the definition exist so that a person ultimately develops harmoniously?
It is difficult to say unequivocally because the state periodically needs to be both rigid and flexible. Power tools and influence also make sense to alternate in size. And society at different times needs to be given different degrees of freedom because if it is always without restraining frameworks or with frameworks that excessively constrain the flight of thought and a person's intention to do something creative, society will simply brake in its development.
Accordingly, the state will also become less developed, more inert. In the end, the evolutionary task of a person – to develop oneself as a personality so that with him his country also develops - will turn out not to be fulfilled. And therefore, an imbalance of the "man-state" system as a whole will occur... with a sad outcome for all.
The sense of the necessary balance in the conditions of the paradigm that has arrived is possessed by sociocrats. In addition to having a certain type of thinking, they correctly understand trends, the relevance of something in the context of changed life realities, accurately sense the future, accordingly, navigate well on the ground and can correctly build the projection further.
In principle, anyone can be a sociocrat, however, as a rule, potentially these are people from among the activists, creators, innovators, philosophers, and visionaries. But for their potential to open up brighter and become effective in the conditions of the changed paradigm, they also must realize themselves as people of the new era. In the article about the paradigm, I provided an initial list of personal qualities of a sociocrat; there is not a very large list, but they in a person must also exist simultaneously. Together with awareness.
On the planet now, conscious sociocrats are not very many; for the most part, people do not yet perceive themselves as such. However, over time, people of exactly this format will manifest more actively.
But let's return to imbalance. Mass understanding of one's existence in the new era among people is not yet there. Accordingly, their actions at decision points stem from what is familiar to them. But since the familiar has gone away and every day this is seen more clearly, inertial decisions lead to systemic failures.
If figuratively, then it's like in space you want to move the same way as on Earth because walking on the ground you know from childhood. There and here you are a person. There and here around you are familiar types of premises, constructed according to earthly standards. But there is no earthly gravity in space. And therefore, there, on the space station, you do not walk in the way familiar to you, but float. You develop a different plasticity of movements, different centers of gravity, etc.
The same thing is happening here and now.
Now there is a lot of imbalance observed on the planet. It is more than acceptable in state governance systems, and this means the state directly influences – not in the best way – the quality of a person's life and his development as a personality. Many familiar actions of the system do not develop a person but, on the contrary, force him to close in a shell and press on it from the outside. Not understanding that thereby the system wears itself out. But inertia is a strong thing, sometimes even surpassing the instinct of self-preservation. A vivid example – the Republic of Moldova.
In 2018, I write the article "Strategic Vision of RM," in the introductory part of which I talk about the fact that one of the main problems of our country is the reproduction of the Soviet mentality of the period of the decline of the USSR (i.e., the stage of regression) by everyone who enters the state governance system.
Moreover, it's not even about the age of the official/politician. These can be new, young people raised in a different spirit, with good fresh ideas, but the mentality and construction of the system are so tight that they either push the newcomers out of themselves or grind them into a homogeneous, familiar mass, on which the state machine continues to move forward by inertia. Creating for itself and for other actors the illusion of the strength of the state structure, stability, and wisdom.
The COVID pandemic, which began in March 2020 and has not ended to this day, has revealed and continues to reveal long-standing problems of Moldova's life arrangement. Their accumulation has been going on for 30 years, problems were systematically hushed up, they were not very much in the public field, but suddenly under the influence of external unforeseen world stress, it turns out that all spheres of state structure are either rotten or ineffective. By the way, this happened not only in Moldova; systemic failures and the uncovering of problems are features of the manifestation of the paradigm that has arrived.
Suppose, in Moldova, a systematic multiple error is precisely the result of the repeatedly reproduced mentality of the Soviet person of the period of the USSR's regression. But how then to explain the energy crisis that began in the autumn of 2021, which created in our country the effect of accelerating domino prices and tariffs for everything around? And this process continues...
In the current cumulative managerial team (government, president, parliament of RM) there are no Soviet people. It entirely consists of people with Western education, knowledge of foreign languages, and many years of experience working in various NGOs, receiving predominantly Western money for their work. Moreover, these people carry out reforms, adopt laws to improve life, even obtained candidate status in the EU for our state.
However, life is becoming more and more difficult, and every day the population of RM has a growing feeling of being in the epicenter of ruin and war, although the war is going on outside our borders.
What are they doing wrong then? Why do their actions, which work, for example, in the same West, not lead to success in Moldova?.. Why does the external picture of the country not coincide with its internal content? Why is there a gap in reputations – abroad and inside Moldova?
And most importantly – what to do so that decisions finally start to be effective?..
To be continued...
NOTE:
*Sociocracy – is the trinity of power, state construction, and society, oriented towards the development of man as a personality. So that man, developing, forms his country as a personality. And the totality of countries – the world as a whole.
Power is represented by tools and influence, for which the main thing is man and everything connected with him (his rights, duties, dignity).
State construction must be formulated and assembled in a certain way, in a new way. It also must be directed towards man, but already in the context of his development, and, as a result, its own development and strengthening.
Society, each of its voices formulating itself, its progress, regulating power within and above itself. That is, a developed society with a creative and active life position.
That is, it is an interpenetrating triple flow, the engine and center of which is man.
