Do you remember the children's game about the sea? The sea is agitated - one, the sea is agitated – two, the sea is agitated – three, sea figure freeze in place! Change the word "sea" to "world". The world is agitated one, two, three... What figure have we got?
Strange. Not fitting into what we are used to. Such that even imagination sometimes cannot suggest to the eyes what they see. The pandemic has blurred the focus of vision, people are confused, what used to work before is now breaking. Hidden problems in different areas of life are coming to the surface – from personal to public. And also these muzzle-masks, physical distance between everyone, nervousness, and sidestepping. Truly a twisted figure of the world!
However... maybe it's not so strange? Even if the word "pandemic" brings to mind an association with an experiment?!
I mentioned the experiment in the article "The Paradigm of the New Era – Sociocracy" (2011-2014, https://pr-club.com/pr_lib/pr_raboty#37). I wrote that a multi-level experiment – when a person, society, state, groups of countries, the planet as a whole are involved simultaneously – is always more interesting than a single-level one, with one observation object. And this is indeed the case – to understand life, you need to see it multifaceted.
But from which moment to start looking? For example, from Fukushima. From March 11, 2011 – from the date that combined an earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear power plant accident and had an impact on the entire planet. For me, this date is a milestone. And as time shows, not only for me. Exactly nine years later, day for day, March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization will declare a COVID-19 pandemic on Earth, the fight against which quite steadily refers us to concepts not only medical but also "society", "experiment", "scale".
So, the world has changed. But did it change only now, in 2020? Or was there a backstory? Yes, there was. I call this waves of sociocracy – certain stages with key events leading to the reorganization of the world. In our case, to the change of paradigms from globalization to sovereignty and national aspects, as well as to the reorientation of the meanings of human and state development, the formation of a trend towards personality.
- The first wave - the "Occupy Wall Street" action. It began in the autumn of 2011 in the USA, seemingly from a trifle (young financiers took to the streets in a sitting protest against old rules), but within a year it girdled almost the entire planet, reaching South Korea.
- The second wave - from the East, encompassing North Africa, a massive flow of migrants moved into Europe, in response to which it began to erect fences along its state borders. That is, the impulse of dissatisfaction, manifested in the first wave, provoked the movement of human masses. Which gave rise to a counterweight – the desire of countries to protect themselves from this sign of globalization, when masses freely move around the world due to the absence of borders. The peak of the wave was at the end of 2014 - beginning of 2015.
- The third wave - countries began to move, starting to turn their bureaucratic machines inward. The first was Greece (Prime Minister Tsipras), in 2015 attempting to turn from the EU towards itself. Most noticeably, the trend manifested itself from 2016. In the list of news-making countries of that period were the USA (President Trump's victory), Great Britain (Brexit), Bulgaria (President Radev's victory), Moldova (President Dodon's victory). The reaction of France, Germany. The decree of the President of Russia on the cohesion of the nation... And all this against the background of natural anomalies (up to the earlier change of directions of air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere), not understood by scientists. There is also a mention of nature in sociocracy...
During the third wave (it lasted until the date of the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic), the peculiarities and different maturity of countries and their politicians manifested. Alas, instead of solving internal problems, some still looked outward (USA), and someone clung too tightly to the official chair. In general, countries changed little in the emerging trends towards personality and towards oneself. And this began to create social tension (about a year and a half of yellow vest strikes in France, Italy, etc.), a parade of long-livers in power appeared (Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus). The beginning COVID epidemic manifested the weakness of the EU (on the example of the lack of help for Italy in its fight against the disease, this was clearly visible).
The world entered a stage of imbalance – due to the discrepancy between movement towards the new and the application of old approaches and thinking.
And so, March 11, 2020 – the date of the pandemic declaration. Everyone is in quarantine, everyone is separated for months, everyone is in masks. As if an invisible hand simultaneously closed the mouth of the whole planet and gave time to think. About oneself, about one's life, about friends, about loved ones, about the Earth, about affairs... Production stopped, we all clearly saw that the planet breathed clean air. And what did man do? He did not accept the offer. I will not say as a whole, but in their mass, people show little as thinking people. I see this on the example of my native Republic of Moldova, in which everything is boiling aimlessly and moving chaotically in the old way, lowering the country again and again lower in development.
And then the next wave of changes began. However, unlike the previous ones, working conditionally horizontally, this one went in depth. Let's call it the first wave of the second level:
- It started again in the USA – the killing of an African American by a white policeman revealed not just social tension, it provoked a fight against racism both in the States themselves and in Europe, Australia, Africa. And, moreover, with racism not only of our days but also earlier in history. A war with monuments began (up to the monument of Christopher Columbus, who discovered America), someone from particularly exalted fighters went so far as to say that Christ on the cross is a symbol of the superiority of the white man over the black, and he should be taken down from there...
And this is already a sign that the process of fragmentation and resetting of the familiar has reached a deeper level than could be assumed earlier.
Summarizing what has been said, it can be confidently stated that as long as the goals of the new paradigm are not resolved, the process will continue. So it is not surprising that the figure of the world now looks twisted.
And it is understandable: landmarks are lost, faith is tested and shaken, hands grab at the familiar, and heads almost do not give birth to new ideas. Non-trivial, creative, aimed at development and the future.
Exactly the future – the door to everything. The key – sociocracy - you already have, you just need to use it correctly. To not stop, but to enter.
